STEP 1/8
Prepare what you can't do during the time of boiling the noodles.
Chop chopped green onion, sliced garlic, red pepper, onion, etc.
STEP 2/8
When you boil noodles, add a little olive oil and salt and it won't stick to each other. If you want to use less olive oil, don't throw away the noodles.
STEP 3/8
There is a difference in salinity of pollack roe, so it's better to taste it and put it in moderation.. I put in enough salted pollack roe, and the seasoning was perfect. You don't have to peel it, just chop it.
STEP 4/8
Mix a tablespoon of cooking wine in the chopped pollack roe.
STEP 5/8
I didn't use noodles because I put in enough olive oil.
Add sliced garlic and stir-fry, then add red pepper and stir-fry it.
STEP 6/8
Add onions and stir-fry them, then add green onions and stir-fry them.
Add the pollack roe and stir-fry it.
You have to fry them all and make sure none of them burn.
STEP 7/8
Add the boiled noodles and stir-fry for about a minute. If you don't have enough olive oil, add noodles.
STEP 8/8
I put it on a plate and sprinkled a lot of Parmesan cheese powder.
If you add a lot of olive oil, it's savory and delicious. But if you don't like putting in a lot, don't throw away the noodles in moderation If you have a lot of oil, you just need to put the ingredients in the dish. When you cook, the oil decreases quickly, so even if you add a lot, it's almost perfect.
